Surf, SUP & Soul Fuel (For Moms!)

Kids can’t have all the fun! We are excited to offer a special 3-day camp especially for moms! Join us for all 3-days of Sessions for all 3 camp skills offered: Surfing, Stand-Up Paddle boarding and Yoga/Wellness! All sessions include delicious healthy snacks and a generous self-care package. Group Coach and Instructor: Jennifer Stark, MS, Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach

SCHEDULE

Monday Session: Surfing and Soul Fuel at Beach Circle

We’ll start the morning going over safety and the basics of surfing. Following a brief surf-inspired yoga warm-up, we’ll head into the water for a fun beginners’ surf session. Then we’ll relax in the shade, enjoy a healthy snack, and learn and share strategies to start or sustain a healthy lifestyle with focuses such as: weight loss without dieting, healthy snacking on the go, getting your family on board for a healthy lifestyle, stress or mood management, self and life alignment, healthy relationships and/or families, creating a healthy and environmentally conscious home, etc. We’ll end by 11:00 so we can watch the kids last hour of surfing or enjoy some free time until noon.

Tuesday Session: Stand-Up Paddle boarding and Soul Fuel at South Flats

We’ll start the morning going over safety and the basics of Stand-Up Paddle boarding. Following a brief SUP-inspired yoga warm-up, we’ll head into the water for a fun beginners’ SUP session. Then we’ll relax in the shade, enjoy a healthy snack, and learn and share strategies to start or sustain a healthy lifestyle with focuses such as: weight loss without dieting, healthy snacking on the go, getting your family on board for a healthy lifestyle, stress or mood management, self and life alignment, healthy relationships and/or families, creating a healthy and environmentally conscious home, etc. We’ll end by 11:00 so we can watch the kids last hour of surfing or enjoy some free time until noon.

Wednesday Session: Full Yoga and Surf-focused Core Workout and Soul Fuel at The Green

This workout will energize and inspire you, not leave you worn out and drained. You’ll learn moves that will help you become more limber, flexible and strong—all qualities to enhance your daily life, surf-inspired for fun and if you want to enhance your skills on a board. After our workout, we’ll relax in the shade, enjoy a healthy snack, and learn and share strategies to start or sustain a healthy lifestyle with focuses such as: weight loss without dieting, healthy snacking on the go, getting your family on board for a healthy lifestyle, stress or mood management, self and life alignment, healthy relationships and/or families, creating a healthy and environmentally conscious home, etc. We’ll end by 11:00 so we can watch the kids last hour of surfing or enjoy some free time until noon.
