Surf, SUP and Soul Fuel for Moms

Kids can’t have all the fun! We are excited to offer a special 3-day camp especially for moms! Join us for all 3-days of Sessions for all 3 camp skills offered: Surfing, Stand-Up Paddle boarding and Yoga/Wellness! All sessions include delicious healthy snacks and a generous self-care package.

Monday Session: Surfing and Soul Fuel at Beach Circle
We’ll start the morning going over safety and the basics of surfing. Following a brief surf-inspired yoga warm-up, we’ll head into the water for a fun beginners’ surf session. Then we’ll relax in the shade, enjoy a healthy snack, and learn and share strategies to start or sustain a healthy lifestyle with focuses such as: weight loss without dieting, healthy snacking on the go, getting your family on board for a healthy lifestyle, stress or mood management, self and life alignment, healthy relationships and/or families, creating a healthy and environmentally conscious home, etc. We’ll end by 11:00 so we can watch the kids last hour of surfing or enjoy some free time until noon.
